The City's Waterway Management Plan is comprised of three volumes linked below. Also available is the Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement / Report for work in the San Luis Obispo Creek, and computer models of the hydrologic and hydraulic analysis.

On October 21, 2003, the City Council adopted Resolution 9494 which approved and adopted the San Luis Obispo Creek Waterway Management Plan, Stream Management and Maintenance Program, and Drainage Design Manual.
