Summer Fun Day Camp 2020
As the County has announced we are in the next phase, we are excited to announce we will be offering child care for the summer starting June 15.
Our offerings will be different from what we have presented in the past, adhering to all CDC regulations (including small Camp Units, physical distancing, strict sanitation and health policies at check in and throughout the day, no field trips or guest speakers).
We will be located at three camp locations: CL Smith, Hawthorne and Sinsheimer. Registration will begin on June 1 and will be open to children in grades 1st- 6th grade (Kindergarten if they have attended Sun ‘N Fun).
Registration will start June 1 at 9:00 am, online at HERE or by calling the Parks and Recreation office (during business hours 9:00 am- 3:00 pm)
New to registration this year:
Space is LIMITED due to CDC guidelines.
Registration closes one-week prior to the start of camp (or when full). During registration, payment is not collected. Youth Services administration will create Camp assignments, considering first family members, second social groups and finally site preference. Camp assignments will be given and communicated to families the following day (Tuesday) and payment will be required by end of day Wednesday. (Payments can be made online, over the phone during business hours or payment dropped at the Parks and Recreation office). If payment is not received, spot will be forfeited, and the next person will be allowed to register.
