1280 Laurel Lane
Fire station 3 was completed in 1960. It is located at the corner of Laurel Lane and Augusta Street with a separate fitness room of 346 square feet on .55 acres. Station 3 is the only fire station on the east side of the Southern Pacific Railroad line and was built to cover growth at the south end of the city. The station was seismically retrofitted in 1993.
Station 3 is staffed by a 3-person paramedic engine company assigned to Engine 3, and the crew of station 3 also maintains our reserve fire engine, Engine 5.
