Meeting Information

The Community Development Director, or designee, acts as the City's Hearing Officer and conducts public hearings on specific planning and subdivision applications as outlined in the City's Municipal Code. Please note the following:

• Public Hearings are typically held on the second and fourth Monday of each month. 
• Agendas for these meetings will be posted at least 72 hours in advance but are commonly posted the Thursday before the meeting. 
• Meetings are held at 919 Palm Street, Conference Room #1, San Luis Obispo, California, unless otherwise noticed.
• The Hearing Officer’s action is final unless appealed. Appeal of the Hearing Officer's action must be filed within 10 days and submitted with the appropriate fee. Court challenge to the action taken on this item may be limited to considering only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence received prior to the public hearing.
