The Community Development Director, or designee, acts as a Hearing Officer to decide certain applications specified in the Zoning Regulations. On the first and third Monday of each month, the Hearing Officer holds a public meeting to consider a variety of permit applications. The applications are for variances and exceptions to zoning standards and for uses which need to be reviewed before they can be established.
