City of San Luis Obispo, CA
Home MenuAdvisory Bodies
Residents are the underpinning of our community, and your Mayor and City Council encourage your participation on local governance. The City's Advisory Bodies are groups of volunteers, appointed by the City Council, that advise staff and the City Council on matters that affect policy and issues that will affect the future of the community. The listed City and Regional Committees have individual positions for SLO City citizens that are also appointed by the City Council but don't advise them directly.
Unscheduled vacancies are posted when they occur. All current vacancies are listed on our Vacancies page. Additionally, our Maddy Act required "Local Appointments List" shows all currently appointed members and their term lengths.
