Application to make minor changes to the properties at the addresses listed below have been received by the City. 


1. 1302, 1322, 1382, and 1402 Noveno Avenue.  FNCE-0065-2020; Request to establish a fence height exception within the residential development known as West Creek (Noveno), to allow for a four and a half-foot tall fence on top of an existing five-foot retaining wall within the street yard along Orcutt Road for lots 15 and 16, and within the side yard of lots 10 and 11. Project is categorically exempt from environmental review (CEQA) (1299 Orcutt Road); R-2-SP zone; Robbins Reed, applicant.  (Kyle Bell)

2. 1080 Marsh Street. DIR-0099-2020. Request to perform work at night from April 13, 2020 to June 19, 2020, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m., to replace a structurally deficient vehicular bridge between Osos and Santa Rosa Streets. This project is categorically exempt from environmental review (CEQA); C-D zone; City of San Luis Obispo – Public Works Department, applicant. (Hannah Nguyen) 

3. 3938, 3942, 3960, 3972, and 3978 Hayfield Loop. DIR-0049-2020; Request for rear setback exceptions ranging from 14.15 to 19.05 feet, where a 20-foot rear setback is the standard, for Lots 50, 51, 55, 57, and 58 of Tract 3063 (Righetti Ranch Subdivision) within the Orcutt Area Specific Plan. The project is consistent with the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration; R-1-SP zone; Williams Homes, applicant. (Hannah Nguyen)  

4. 1775 Oceanaire Court. HOME-0066-2020; Review of a Homestay Rental application to allow short-term rental (such as Airbnb) of an owner-occupied single-family residence at 1775 Oceanaire Court. This project is categorically exempt from environmental review (CEQA); R-1 zone; Reid Cain, applicant. (Hannah Nguyen) 

5. 435 Marsh Street. DIR-0104-2020; Request to perform work at night from March 23, 2020 to April 1, 2020, between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., to install tee and valves into existing water main along Marsh and Carmel Street frontages. This project is categorically exempt from environmental review (CEQA); C-R zone; Renton Partners, LLC, applicant. (Cassidy McSurdy) 

6. 810 Orcutt Road. ARCH-0847-2019; Development review of a new 23-foot tall, 4,131-square foot warehouse structure to be constructed on the rear portion of an existing lot, with an existing 2,000-square foot structure to remain. The project includes proposed site improvements to the surface parking area. The project is categorically exempt from environmental review (CEQA); C-S zone; Mark and Missy Cameron, applicant (Kyle Van Leeuwen)




The Community Development Director will either approve or deny these applications no sooner than March 23, 2020.
