City Council Public Hearing on 8/20/2019
The San Luis Obispo City Council invites all interested persons to attend a public hearing on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California, for: INTRODUCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION OF PRIVATE SEWER LATERALS, AND WASTEWATER FLOW OFFSET PROGRAM: The proposed Ordinance would amend Chapter 13.08 of the Municipal Code. Further, the Council will consider a resolution establishing a Private Sewer Lateral Replacement Rebate Program and eliminating an existing City fee for sewer wye installation.
