• Introduce an Ordinance and adopt a Resolution to Adopt and Implement Recommended Updates to the Los Osos Valley Road Subarea Traffic Impact Fee Program to reflect current growth assumptions and remaining costs.

• Adopt a Resolution updating the Citywide Traffic Impact Fee Program to reflect current growth assumptions and current project cost estimates.
