Community Development Director's Subdivision
The City of San Luis Obispo's Community Development Director will hold a public hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2019, in the Council Hearing Room, at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, to consider the following:
1. 3229 Broad St. SBDV-1928-2018; Minor Subdivision of one lot into two lots, and subdivision of an existing commercial building into up to 6 air space lots in an Airspace Subdivision. (Categorically exempt from environmental review under CEQA Guidelines § 15315 (Minor Land Divisions)); C R SF Zone; KSDW Broad Street, LLC, applicant. (Walter Oetzell)
