LOCAL AGENCY IMPROVEMENT FEES

Notice Issue Date: December 27, 2018

Notice is hereby given that as of the date noted above the City of San Luis Obispo has made available to the public a draft report entitled:

ANNUAL REPORT ON DEVELOPER IMPACT FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2018 PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 66001 (AB 1600)

The notice is provided in accordance with Section 66006 (b)(2) of the California Government Code. The final report shall be considered by the City Council at the following public meeting:

When: Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. 
Where: City Council Chambers, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California


The draft report may be reviewed during regular business hours at the City Clerk’s Office, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California. All interested persons are invited to attend said meeting, or to submit written communication, to express their opinion for or against the report.
