Marsh and Carmel Mixed-Use Project

On September 11, 2017, the Architectural Review Commission approved a new four-story mixed-use building located at 435 Marsh Street and 1210 & 1218 Carmel Street. The project includes 1,100 square feet of commercial space along Marsh Street and eight residential units located above and behind the commercial. The residential units range in size from 1,431 square foot 2-bedroom units (2) to 2,018 square foot three bedroom units (6). The project will replace the Landis Auto Service business and consolidate the existing driveways on both Marsh and Carmel Streets to one driveway with access from Carmel Street.
