- 3850 Long St. USE-0322-2026; Request for Minor Use Permit to allow the operation of various office uses in three suites in the Manufacturing zone within the Higuera Commerce Park Specific Plan. - 805 Aerovista Pl., Unit: 204. USE-0342-2026; Request for a Minor Use Permit to establish a Medical Service – Doctor’s Office use in the Business Park zone of the Airport Area Specific Plan (AASP).
