ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
Applications to make minor changes to the properties at the addresses listed below have been received by the City.
- 680 Johnson Ave. DIR-0975-2025; Request to allow the conversion and expansion of an existing carport into a new, attached ADU that exceeds 1,000 square feet. This project is categorically exempt from environmental review (CEQA); R-3 Zone; ABG Development, Inc., applicant.(Ethan Estrada)
The Community Development Director will either approve or deny these applications no sooner than April 27, 2026.
The Director's decision may be appealed, and must be filed with the appropriate appeal fee within 10 days of the Director's action.
