Applications to make minor changes to the properties at the addresses listed below have been received by the City.
- 3050 Broad St. DIR-0066-2026; Request to perform work at night for a maximum of five (5) nights between May 4-May 14, 2026 from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. to pothole, bore, place fiber, and tracer wire. This project is categorically exempt from environmental review (CEQA); C-S-PD and C-R-SF Zones; Level 3 Communications, applicant.(Jacob Hughes)
- King St. and South St. Intersection. DIR-0143-2026; Request to perform work at night for a maximum of one (1) night between May 1-August 31, 2026, from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. to complete minor service installations of a cable in conduit, a riser, and the installation of enclosure. This project is categorically exempt from environmental review (CEQA); R-2 Zone; PG&E, applicant.(Jacob Hughes)
- 1407 Auto Park Wy. DIR-0152-2026; Request to perform work at night for a maximum of three (3) nights between May 3-June 30, 2026, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for maintenance to remove unneeded pad mounted equipment. The Community Development Director will either approve or deny these applications no sooner than April 13, 2026.
The Director's decision may be appealed, and must be filed with the appropriate appeal fee within 10 days of the Director's action.
