Free Upcoming Event Focuses on Health, Language and Culture
The first session of The Belonging Project will highlight how language and culture shape access, trust and health outcomes.
Join us for the first session of The Belonging Project, a free series of public activities, cultural events, and collaborative partnerships created to build understanding and create a more connected San Luis Obispo.

| What: | Join us for this session to better understand how language and lived experience, particularly within the Mixteco communities, can affect interactions with public systems and the health care industry. This event will highlight how prioritizing language access and cultural understanding can create better access, build public trust, and improve health outcomes. Health care providers, advocates, public service employees, and more will discover how to create cross-sector partnerships that will strengthen inclusive, responsive services for all. |
