The City of San Luis Obispo's Zoning Hearing Officer will hold a public hearing at 2:30 p.m. or later on Monday, February 23, 2026, in Council Hearing Room, at 990 Palm Street, to consider the following:
- 1532 Monterey St. USE-0934-2025; Request for a Minor Use Permit to operate general retail in the Tourist Commercial zone. This project is categorically exempt from CEQA environmental review; C-T Zone; Khaled Alhamami, applicant.(Mallory Patino)
- 1234 Broad St. MOD-0029-2025; Re-review of an existing Minor Use Permit allowing a restaurant with late night alcohol service, bar/tavern, live entertainment, and ticketed events. This project is categorically exempt from CEQA environmental review; C-D Zone; Libertine Brewing Company, applicant.(Mallory Patino)
