The City of San Luis Obispo invites community members to provide input on the future of the Upper Monterey Area, including portions of downtown San Luis Obispo.
This area extends between Santa Rosa Street and Highway 101 and is a gateway into the City’s downtown core and the historic Mission. In fact, Monterey Street was once used as part of Highway 101 before the current route was established.
Community feedback is essential to identifying what future improvements matter most to businesses, property owners, residents, workers, and visitors.
