Spring 2026 Sidewalk Sale Event!

  • Introduction: Locals are invited to shop and explore Downtown SLO at the Sidewalk Sale, celebrating the opening of the new Cultural Arts District Parking Garage.

Over 25 businesses will bring merchandise and sales 
displays onto the sidewalk for this one-day-only event. Shoppers can expect to find discounts on 
clothing, accessories, home decor, collectibles, and more. For a map of participating locations and

There will be free parking in the brand-new Cultural Arts District Parking Structure. Parking will also be available in the other three public parking garages for $2 an hour with a daily max of $8.
