The Belonging ProjectThis session of The Belonging Project will explore how health equity work helps communities better understand and respond to the real needs of the people they serve. Through a Social Determinants of Health lens, we'll highlight the importance of language access and cultural understanding as upstream strategies that shape access, trust, and health outcomes.

Participants will learn how language and lived experience, particularly within Mixteco communities, affect interactions with public systems, and how cross-sector partnerships can strengthen inclusive, responsive services for all neighbors.
