Concerts in the Plaza

Concerts in the Plaza, organized by Downtown SLO, is the largest free summer concert series on the Central Coast. For its 29th season, the community is invited to gather every Friday for twelve weeks of free live music in San Luis Obispo’s Mission Plaza. This beloved community event features live local music, dancing, and drinks in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo. All concerts are free to the public and family-friendly. Concerts in the Plaza is presented by Sunset Honda and in partnership with the City of San Luis Obispo.

The series will run every Friday from June 20–September 12, 2025, with no concert on July 4. The Opening Act will begin at 5 PM and the Main Act will run from 6–8 PM.
