ARC - Architectural Review Commission - CANCELLED

NOTICE is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Architectural Review Commission on August 18, 2025 has been cancelled.

The following item, which was legally noticed pursuant to Government Code Section 65090 and the City’s Notification Requirements for Development Projects, will be continued to a date uncertain:

  • Item 4.a 2932 AUGUSTA STREET (ARCH-0464-2023) REVIEW OF A 28-UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT WITH A 20% DENSITY BONUS WITH CONCESSIONS/WAIVERS FOR REDUCED PARKING; 2-FOOT HEIGHT INCREASE; 2 ADUs; REMOVAL OF 27 TREES WITH RE-PLANTING PLAN; AND FENCE HEIGHT EXCEPTION

The next Regular Meeting of the Architectural Review Commission on Monday, September 1, 2025 will be cancelled due to the Labor Day Holiday. The Architectural Review Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo
