Join us for an engaging Intergroup Dialogue Workshop, where we will explore diversity, equity, and inclusion work through facilitated discussion. Intergroup Dialogues (or IGD), is a nationally utilized and recognized program that has its origins at the University of Michigan under Dr. Charles Behling. This workshop is designed to teach participants to dialogue about topics where different perspectives from diverse groups often lead to hard conversations. Participants will work in small groups to first learn dialoguing skills, and then begin to actively practice these skills while discussing a variety of difficult topics. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
