Requests for Bids and Proposals

The City has implemented an online system to manage its construction project bids. Potential contractors, subcontractors and suppliers may view current projects, register as plan holders, download plans and specifications, receive addendum notices and obtain bid results.

Select from the following options via eBidboard:

This will take you to City of San Luis Obispo's projects on eBidboard. Click on the Project Name for more information. Then scroll down to see the project details, plans, specifications, and any addendum for downloading
and a list of all plan holders. To download documents, you will be required to input your company contact details into the contractor database. A plotter is also required to print any 24”x36” plansheets at that size. This information is available FREE of charge.

Plans and specifications are also available for a fee in printed/hard copy directly from the Public Works Department. Costs, including mailing fees vary with the size of the project and are non-refundable.  Plans can be picked up at 919 Palm Street during normal working hours except on Wednesday between 8:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M. when the counter is closed.

If you have any trouble accessing any portion of the bid information from our web site, you may call Public Works Administration at (805)781-7200 or eBidboard at 858-777-6574.
