Online Registration and Online Reservations

Online Customer Service
It is the desire of the Parks and Recreation Department to provide a positive customer service experience. Online registration is easy to use as well as safe and secured by Verisign. If problems occur using online registration or reservations, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department during regular business hours at 781-7300. If you have questions about online registration, please review our FAQ page. 

Registration Forms
A completed Activity Registration Form and Waiver is required for all recreation programs.

SLO SKATEPARK: Donate $5. Build a Dream.
Add a $5 donation while you register and help us build the much needed concrete skate park! Click the link to the right and enter 9909.103 under Activity Number. 

In Person

Register at the Parks and Recreation Department, 1341 Nipomo Street, on the corner of Pacific and Nipomo Streets in San Luis Obispo. Registration forms are available at the office or online.

Regular Business Hours
Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Fridays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(Aquatics program registration is taken at the SLO Swim Center
located at 900 Southwood Drive during open hours.)
 

Mail-In

Complete a Registration Form, include signature and date, and return with applicable fees to:
