Within the city block surrounded by Santa Rosa, Pismo, Buchon and Osos Streets, this three acre park is crossed with diagonal paths which leads to a children's playground, individual picnic tables, horseshoe pit and barbecue area for 30 people. A bandstand, constructed as a part of a centennial project by both San Luis Obispo Rotary Clubs, is open for public use.

The Senior Citizens Center is located in the park at the corner of Santa Rosa and Buchon Streets. It is equipped with a large room that can accommodate 120 people with an adjacent kitchen.
