Procedures
The City of San Luis Obispo only
accepts applications for positions that are currently vacant. A separate City
application form is required for each position. Some positions require that a
supplemental questionnaire be completed and submitted. All of the required materials
must be received in the Department of Human Resources by the final filing deadline.
Postmarks are not accepted. Resumes are welcome but will not be accepted in lieu
of a completed City application form. The City is an equal

of Human Resources at (805) 781-7250 Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, or
send your request via e-mail.
Applications for open positions are available on-line on our Job Openings page. If you would like to send a copy of your resume or additional
information (after completing the application) you can attach it to an email addressed
to employment@slocity.org
