The mission of the SLO Skate Park is to provide recreational opportunities at a high-quality, safe skate park for the public of all ages to enjoy and for the community to celebrate.
BEGINNER SKATE CLASS
Beginning Skateboarding classes make learning how to skateboard fun and safe. Lessons focus on the development of control, balance, flexibility, and confidence. With these building blocks in place, students are prepared for a successful introduction to more advanced skateboarding skills and navigating skate park terrain with other users safely. Required: helmet, knee and elbow pads, athletic shoes, sunscreen and water. Register Now.

SPRING BREAK SKATE CAMP

WALKING & BIKINGWALKING & BIKING FROM CAL POLY
Cal Poly Students can make their way to the Skate Park from campus by heading down Foothill Boulevard towards Santa Rosa Street. Upon hitting Santa Rosa Street, turn left and go 0.4 miles, then turn left on Oak Street and the destination will be on the left.
From Cal Poly
Students may take the Route 6A bus from Kennedy Library, exiting at Casa and Murray. From the bus stop, walk south down Casa Street towards the back entrance of Santa Rosa Park.
FROM THE US 101
From the US 101 South, merge onto Olive St/CA 1 via EXIT 203A toward Santa Rosa Street. Turn left onto Santa Rosa St. Santa Rosa Park will be on your right.
From the US-101 North, merge onto Osos St/CA 1 via EXIT 203A. Turn left onto Walnut St/CA 1. Take first left onto Santa Rosa Street. Santa Rosa Park will be on your right.
