TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES LEASE AGREEMENT AT SANTA ROSA PARK

Specification No. 90905

The City of San Luis Obispo is requesting sealed proposals for a telecommunications facilities lease at Santa Rosa Park, located at 190 Santa Rosa Avenue, San Luis Obispo, pursuant to City Specification No. 90905. 

Proposal Closing Date

All proposals must be received by the Finance & IT Department by 3:00 pm on Thursday, September 9, 2010,  when they will be opened publicly in the City Hall Council Chambers, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. Proposals received after said time will not be considered.  To guard against premature opening, each proposal shall be submitted to the Finance & IT Department, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the proposal title, specification number, proposer’s name, and time and date of the proposal opening. Proposals shall be submitted using the forms provided in the specification package.

Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Walk Through

A pre-proposal site walk through will be held on September 1, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Building "B" in Santa Rosa Park, 190 Santa Rosa Avenue, to answer any questions that the prospective proposers may have regarding the City's request for proposals.
