Location
Today, location, location, location and fiber connections are often the key
ingredients to site selection. The City’s Geographic Information System (GIS)
contains important maps and data about specific sites. GIS can tell you not only what
utilities are located on a site but where they are on that site. Static
planning maps of the City's General Plan, Zoning in San Luis Obispo and Unimproved
Commercial and Industrial Properties are viewable on-line.
