  • Routes and Services 
    San Luis Obispo Transit provides local bus service within the San Luis Obispo city limits and to Cal Poly. 
  • Schedules
    Service is provided Monday through Friday, except holidays, with limited service on weekends. 
  • Fares and Transfers 
    The fare is 75 cents; 35 cents for seniors and disabled people. Transfers to other routes in the system are free. Transfers are also good toward a portion of the fare on buses in other transit systems. Children 5 and younger ride free. 
    Monthly discount passes are available for commuters, seniors and disabled individuals. Call for information. 805/541-2877

Dial-A-Ride Services

• Runabout Van Service 
  Runabout Van Service provides door-to-door transportation for the general public throughout San Luis Obispo County. Vans operate Monday through Saturday, 7AM-6PM. Reservations are required. 805/541-2544

  This free referral service provides information on carpools, vanpools, shuttles, bicycling and public transit to destinations within and outside of the county. 805/541-2277
