ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA:
Accepted as presented
Minutes of October 24, 2012, were approved as modified.
Community Development Director Derek Johnson gave a presentation
describing the three types of homelessness and summarized the City's
homeless services and efforts.
Calle Joaquin (north of Alfano Motors).
GPC 129-12: Review of a lease agreement for General Plan Conformity
for the Calle Joaquin Agricultural Reserve; City of San Luis Obispo,
applicant. (Michael Codron)
Determine, and report to the City Council, that the proposed
long-term lease with Central Coast Agricultural Network conforms
with the General Plan.
Moved by Commissioner Stevenson, seconded by Commissioner Multari,
to recommend that the City Council find the proposed lease agreement
in conformance with the General Plan (5:0).
COMMENT AND DISCUSSION:
Forecast – Doug Davidson provided the agenda forecast.
Consolidated Budget Goals – The review of the Advisory Body Goals
will occur on November 28, 2012.
Vice-Chair Meyer reminded the Commissioners about the LUCE workshop
on December 1st at the City/County library at 1:00 p.m.
