a. Agenda Forecast –
Kim Murry presented the forecast for upcoming meetings.
Chairperson Draze referenced an email from Ken Schwartz and asked
whether the Commission was interested in holding a workshop or study
session to discuss how concepts in the Broad Street Corridor could
be brought into the Land Use and Circulation Element update
process. The Community Development Director indicated that without
Council direction to conduct additional work on the plan, any
concepts to be considered would need to come from the Task Force or
residents. Staff indicated that alternatives reviewed by the Task
Force will be brought before the Commission in May prior to the June
public workshop, and the Commission would have the opportunity to
review and comment.
Meeting adjourned at 8:13 p.m.

documents provided to a majority of the Planning Commission
