GPI 15-14: Housing Element Update: Receive a staff
presentation regarding the Housing Element status and provide input
on any items or issues that should be considered in the update

Recommend that the Planning Commission provide input on the project
concept, including broad development parameters and key planning
issues, which will be forwarded to City Council as it considers
whether or not to accept an application for this project, and
initiate the planning and environmental review process for the

COMMENT AND DISCUSSION:
Forecast – Doug Davidson provided the agenda forecast.
Commissioner Stevenson urged the public to attend the Commission
hearing of February 26th to hear a presentation regarding
a pilot program exploring different options for housing development
in Santa Barbara.
