NEW FEE SCHEDULE - EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2007
Planning Services Fee Schedule -

The following fees and charges for planning services were approved by City Council Resolution on May 2, 1995, went into effect on August 28, 1995, and are adjusted annually, each July 1st, to reflect changes in the Consumer Price index.

To finalize planning projects, there may be additional development review fees for planning services that will be collected at the time of building permit issuance.

To finalize subdivision projects, there may be additional Engineering Fees.
