The following fees and charges for planning services were approved by City Council Resolution on May 2, 1995, went into effect on August 28, 1995, and are adjusted annually, each July 1st, to reflect changes in the Consumer Price index.

To finalize planning projects, there may be additional development review fees for planning services that will be collected at the time of building permit issuance.

Subdivision Services

• Lot Line Adjustment  $1,455.00
• Tentative Subdivision Map
     Minor Subdivision (4 or less lots)  $6,794.00
     Tentative Tract map (5 or more lots) $8,808.00 + $224.00/Lot
• Certificate of Compliance  $1,583.00 (+ recording fees)
• Time Extension/Modification  25% of current filing fee

Other Planning Services

• Environmental Impact Determination $2,513.00 (Includes a $50 County Filing fee)  Projects may be subject to Fish and Game Filing Fees:  $2995.25 Environmental Impact Report fee and/or $2156.25 Mitigated Negative Declaration fee.
