Minutes of November 26, 2012, were approved as written.
PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS:
88-11; Review of new four-unit residential project in the Old Town
Historic District; R-2-H zone; Dylan Chappel, applicant.
Recommend the Community Development Director find the proposed
residential units and site improvements consistent with the Historic
Preservation Program Guidelines and approve the project based on
findings and subject to conditions.
Moved by Dandekar/Brajkovich to approve as recommended (5:0).
ARC 76-12; Review of four-unit condominium project in the Old Town
Historic District; R-4-H zone; Koru Trust, applicant.
Recommend the Architectural Review Commission grant final approval
to the modified project design based on findings and subject to
conditions of approval.
Moved by Pavlik/Kalkowski to approve subject to amended conditions
to the ARC as follows (5:0):
applicant shall construct project so as to substantially conform to
plans approved by the Architectural Review Commission and stamped
with Community Development Department approval. Any change to
approved design, colors, materials, landscaping, or other conditions
of approval, must be approved by the Community Development Director.

roof eave details including materials, dimensions, colors, and

to install a TV monitor inside the lobby of City Hall.
