Forecast – Pam Ricci provided a forecast for upcoming agendas. She
noted that final design review of MindBody was scheduled for the next
meeting on May 20th. Because Commissioners McCovey-Good and
Wynn would need to recuse themselves because of potential conflicts of
interest, and Commissioner Curtis would be on vacation, she emphasized
that the remaining four commissioners would need to be present to have a
