The City of San Luis Obispo's Community Development Director will hold a public hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2015, in the Council Hearing Room, at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, to consider the following:

1.   406, 408, 412, 414, and 416 Higuera Street.  SBDV-0096-2014 (SLOMS 93-0098); Request to subdivide existing parcel into four parcels; C-R zone; Promontory-San Luis Obispo, LP, applicant.  (Kyle Bell)

PLEASE NOTE:  Any court challenge to the action taken on this public hearing item may be limited to considering only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of San Luis Obispo at, or prior to, the public hearing.

Decisions by the Hearing Officer are final unless appealed to the City Council within 10 days of the action.  Any person aggrieved by the decision may file an appeal.  Appeal forms are available in the Community Development Department or on the City’s website (  The fee for filing an appeal is $273 and must accompany the appeal documentation.
