The City of San Luis Obispo's Zoning Hearing Officer
will hold a public hearing at 2:30 p.m. or later on Friday, July
18, 2014, in the Council Hearing Room (Room 9), at City
Hall, 990 Palm Street, to consider the following:
San Luis Drive.
A 60-14; Review of a street yard exception from 20 feet to 15 feet;
R-1-S zone; Robert Cantrell, applicant.
A 113-14; Request to approve community room use in an R-3 zone; SLO
Non-Prof. Housing Corp., applicant.
A 108-14; Request to allow a 13,000-square foot general retail use
for a 99 Cents Store in the C-C zone; Laguna Village Shopping

Any court challenge to the actions taken on these public hearing
items may be limited to considering only those issues raised at the
public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence
delivered to the City of San Luis Obispo at, or prior to, the public
Any decision of the Hearing Officer is final unless
appealed to the Planning Commission within 10 days of the action.
Any person aggrieved by the decision may file an appeal. Appeal
forms are available in the Community Development Department or on
the City’s website (www.slocity.org). The fee for filing an appeal
is $273 and must accompany the appeal documentation.
