Affordable Housing Standards

The City of San Luis Obispo publishes Affordable Housing Standards annually on May 1st.  These standards include the maximum income levels per household that qualify for affordable housing.  The standards also include maximum rent and sales prices for units within the City's Inclusionary Housing Program.
