The Fair Political Practices Commission provides valuable information concerning election and conflict of interest regulations.

The California Attorney General is the chief law enforcement officer of the state. 

The California Resources Agency provides a comprehensive guide to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), including statutes, guidelines, case law, general reference and supplemental materials.

A very useful site is the California Code of Regulations, the regulations that govern state administrative agencies.

Finally, California's laws are published in the California Code, which contains everything from the State's Constitution to laws related to zoning.
