Junior Giants Volunteer Coaches
Junior
Giants is a FREE, non-competitive summer baseball program for
girls and boys (ages 8-10 years and 11-13 years) sponsored by the Giants
Community Fund and the City of San Luis Obispo Parks and Recreation
Department.
This amazing program requires
the assistance of many volunteer coaches! Male and female coaches
needed! No need to have baseball experience, but a love of the game
helps.
Coaches will be trained in San Francisco by professional athletes at
AT&T Park and also attend a game with the league at the end of the
season. Program requirements include commitment for Coaches Training Day
and program days Tuesdays and Thursdays, July-August for a minimum of
three hours each day.
To be considered, submit the
Volunteer Waiver
form to Casey Fodness at 1341 Nipomo
Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 9341.
