Corporation Yard HVAC Replacement - COUNCIL NOTE

This past Winter the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units at the City’s Corporation Yard Operations Center were replaced. Four units located outside of the building were installed, replacing the failing units installed in the 1980’s. City maintenance staff dedicate a great deal of time to making repairs and keeping the units in operation, and they were in need of replacement.

City staff teamed with A&J Refrigeration of San Luis Obispo to bring this HVAC project to completion. Project team consisted of Andrew Collins, Gus Ahumada and Brian Lindsey (Building Maintenance); Richard Fisher (Public Works Inspection); and Mike McGuire (Public Works Project Manager).
