City Land Use and Circulation Element Update (LUCE)
The public comment period for
the Draft EIR ran from Friday, June 13, 2014, to
Monday, July 28, 2014, and has now closed. Comments
received after July 28, 2014 will be forwarded to
decision makers for consideration during the public
hearing process but will not be officially responded
to as part of the Final Programmatic EIR. The
public is encouraged to attend future hearings and
provide their comments on the content of the LUCE
update documents. The hearing schedule and
information on the LUCE update and EIR (including
links to the draft documents) can be found on the

2014 General Election to extend the San Luis Obispo
Essential Services Measure, a 1/2-percent local sales
tax, for another eight years.
